1) How do I obtain information on paying my dues, ordering a new membership card.
Answer: To obtain the necessary forms to pay your dues please visit the members only section of this web site.
To obtain a replacement national membership card please complete the verification of membership form and submit that (you will need to provide a picture ID).
2) Currently, I am not financial. Can I still participate in chapter activities?
Answer: In order to provide programs for the community, finances are definitely needed. However, your time is just as valuable. Therefore, if this is not a good time for you to pay your dues, your support as a committee member is welcomed. Please visit the ‘Contact Us’ page on this web site and submit your question ‘I would like to volunteer for a committee’.
3) What do I need when I come to my first meeting or event as a visiting soror?
Answer: Come prepared to show your National Membership Card and Picture I.D..
If you do not have your membership card please visit our ‘Member Only’ section to complete the verification form. We will send it to the National Headquarters and contact you once membership has been verified. At that time you will not be allowed to attend ‘Delta Only Activities’.
4) When and where is Sorority Meeting?
Answer: Sorority meeting, which is for Delta members ONLY, takes place every Second Saturday of the month from 11a.m. – 1p.m. The meetings are held at the Detroit Alumnae headquarters located at 18340 W. 7 Mile (west of the Southfield Freeway). The attire is Business Casual.

5) How do I obtain committee information?
Answer: Please visit our ‘Contact Us’ page on the web site to contact the chair and co-chair of our committees. If the committee you are interested in is not listed please submit your question to our 1st Vice President and she will contact you. Please remember, committee work is for ‘Deltas Only’.
6) A soror has passed away – who do I contact?
Answer: Please visit our ‘contact us’ page on this web site- there you will be able to submit all the necessary information. Please remember to provide your name and number so someone can contact you for additional information
7) I have old Delta shirts and other paraphernalia to dispose of – who do I contact?
Answer: Please do not donate old Delta Sigma Theta paraphernalia – please visit our ‘contact us’ page to submit your name and phone number. Someone from the sorority will stop by to pick up the items and dispose of them properly.
8) I would like to make a dontation toward your new meeting location – who can I contact?
Answer: First we would like to thank you for your donation – if you visit our ‘contact us’ page on the web site – you can submit your name and phone number and someone from our foundation will be in contact with you. Thank you again.
